The founder

Hi, I'm Josie.

My passion for fashion began with a part-time retail job in high school and evolved into a career built on strong relationships and exceptional brands. Along the way, I pursued another passion — travel — before returning to retail to open my own women's boutique. That experience ultimately led to the creation of Codi Sales Agency, with a vision of helping retailers discover distinctive collections that stand out in the marketplace.

My love of travel has also inspired an appreciation for European style and craftsmanship, which continues to influence the brands I choose and represent.
